Size Guide
1. Measure your head: Use a flexible tape around the widest part of your head — one finger above your ears and just above the eyebrows. Keep it snug but comfortable.
2. Units & conversions:
- If measured in cm, that number is your hat size.
- If measured in inches or another system, use our size chart to find the corresponding size in centimeters.
3. Half sizes & exact fit:
- If your head falls between two sizes (e.g., 54.5 cm), choose 54 or 55.
- Always leave your exact measurement in the order notes to ensure the most precise fit.

Beaver Fur Felt – The gold standard in traditional hatmaking. Dense, lightweight, water-resistant, and soft, a beaver fur hat keeps its shape for years and is a true premium material.

Toquilla Straw – Handwoven natural fiber, lightweight, breathable, and perfect for summer. Slight variations in weave and color highlight its artisanal authenticity.
Materials for Details – Ribbons, hatbands, and decorative elements use 100% cotton, Nappa leather, stainless steel, natural feathers, and natural flowers, complementing the hat’s design with the same high standards of craftsmanship.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Blade-Hats are crafted to last — but proper care is essential.
Avoid submerging your hat in water, as moisture can damage its structure and finish.
Never leave your hat inside a car: heat can warp its shape and compromise both comfort and quality.
With the right care, your hat will age beautifully and develop its own character over time.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Blade-Hats are made to order and handcrafted exclusively for each customer.
Production and delivery may take 8 to 10 months, depending on material availability and external factors such as international shipping, customs, or import duties. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept that timelines may vary.
Due to the personalized and artisanal nature of our work:
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
- Once production has begun, the piece cannot be returned.
- Order cancellations are not accepted after one month from the purchase date.
