Born in Cedeira, Marcos Souto grew up dreaming of being a rock star, picking up his first guitar and losing himself in melodies. Influenced by heavy rock from the ’80s and ’90s, he imagined forming a band and playing in stadiums. But life had other plans.
While working as a naval engineer and defending goals as a semi-professional
goalkeeper, he watched those childhood dreams slip quietly through his fingers.
Yet rock never left him—echoing from his radio, his summer festivals, and the
memories of music that defined him. One day, in the midst of daydreams and
melodies, he noticed something striking about his favorite artists: they all wore hats.
From that realization came a new path: handmade hats inspired by the songs,
artists, and bands that shaped Marcos throughout his life. Each hat hides a story, a memory, or a song—unique and special. His father’s first handcrafted tools lit the spark, and from that fire, Blade-Hats was born—handmade, fearless, and utterly unique.
