RETURNS
All our hats are handcrafted and made to order, and each piece is created specifically for the customer.
For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in the following cases:
• The hat received is different from the one ordered, or
• The hat arrives damaged or defective.
In these cases, the customer will be eligible for an exchange only, either for the correct product or for a non-defective item. Refunds will not be issued.
How to Request an Exchange
If your order meets one of the conditions above, please contact us by email at bladehats@gmail.com within one month of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos showing the issue.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
