The fabrication is 100% handcrafted, so there are no completely equal ones, the shade and base of the hat may differ a little from what is shown in the photo.
The manufacturing and delivery process can take from eight to ten months.
Details such as cards may vary from one model to another, if you want a fixed number, contact us.
Each hat is a unique handcrafted piece, made entirely by hand according to the client’s measurements, preferences, and specifications provided at the time of purchase.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. As each item is custom-made and personalized, it cannot be returned once the production process has begun.
The client understands and accepts that production times may vary depending on the availability of materials and external factors such as international shipments, customs delays, or import duties.
Additionally, order cancellations are not accepted after one month from the purchase date, as the handcrafted work will already be in progress or partially completed.

To measure your head at home, take a measuring tape around the circumference of your head at the width of a finger above the ears, above the eyes and around the widest part of the back of the head.
Don’t push it too much.
It is recommended not to use under water. Furthermore, don’t put your hat on the car, which can overheat and cause the hat to become uncomfortable or deformed.
