Description
Born from Heavy Rock
Blade-Hats was born from Heavy Rock. Our hats echo the riffs, stages, and legends that shaped us—pieces forged from the music that has marked our lives and the stories we’ve lived across festivals around the world.
We combine time-honored shading techniques with raw passion to create hats that aren’t just accessories, but unique, handcrafted statements. Every hat is made entirely by hand, tailored to the customer’s exact measurements, preferences, and desired details. No shortcuts. No replicas. Just true craftsmanship.
Crafted to Order, Made for You
All our hats are made to order. We offer a wide selection of premium materials so you can choose the style that resonates with you. Because each piece is handcrafted, no two hats will ever be identical—colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Elements such as cards or decorative details may also differ from one model to another. If you need a specific card number or fixed detail, just reach out to us.
return & cancellation policy
Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our work, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect exists. Once production begins, the piece cannot be returned. Order cancellations are not accepted after one month from the purchase date, as artisanal work will already be in progress.
Craftsmanship Takes Time
Crafting a hat worthy of our name takes time. The manufacturing and delivery process may take between eight and ten months. By placing your order, you acknowledge that timing may vary depending on material availability and external factors such as international shipping, customs, or import duties. We appreciate your understanding of the value behind true craftsmanship and the time required to bring each unique piece to life.
Your Fit, Your Style
Before ordering, make sure to select the correct size and hat base.
To measure your head at home, place a measuring tape around the circumference—one finger above the ears, above the eyebrows, and around the widest part at the back. Don’t pull it too tight; the fit should feel natural.
Care for Your Hat Like a Classic
For proper care, avoid submerging the hat in water. Also, never leave it inside a car: heat can warp its shape and compromise the comfort and quality of your piece.
